Spiritual Retreat and Formation Experience

Retreat is a sacred time of stepping away from daily routine to encounter God more deeply. We began our spiritual journey on 12th of May and concluded on 18th of May, at Mount St. Joseph, Bannerghatta. This spiritual experience helped us to renew our commitment and our dedication to God. The Retreat was preached by Fr. Vincent Pinto, belonging to the Congregation of Jesuits. It was a moment of prayer, silence and of deep reflection. He enlightened us with various topics on creation, Cross, forgiveness and sin, etc. It helped us to reflect on the fundamental choice that we have made by responding to our vocation and mission. After the retreat we gathered at Guru Yesu Bhavan for two days course on psychology led by Sr. Rose, our Formator. This course helped us to become more aware of ourselves. We thank Sr. Celine Cunha, the Provincial superior for her availability to listen to our sharing. On the 22nd we had a day out at Cubbon Park. The beauty and serenity of the greenery made us happy and more relaxed, added to it we had a delicious meal out door. We thank once again Sr. Celine and her team for giving us this opportunity to spend our time together in prayer and sharing. We are grateful for our formator, Sr. Rose for her availability. Our sincere thanks to all the sisters of the Province who prayed for us.
