Fr. James Alberione has given us a beautiful Spirituality: to live the Gospel Integrally ; to live in Jesus Master, Way, Truth and Life. He summed up the total living to the total Christ. Our Spirituality is to live and give Jesus Master to the World, through our apostolate of Eucharist, Priesthood and Liturgy.

PERPETUAL EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
Apart from all other spiritual practices: Prayer of the Church, that is, Morning and Evening Prayer, we have perpetual Eucharistic Adoration.Where We represent the whole humanity before God. Round the clock there is always one sister Disciple before Jesus in the Eucharist presenting the needs of the entire world and giving company to Jesus who abides in the form of bread.

MARY QUEEN OF THE APOSTLES

The Second most important devotion given to us is Mary Queen of the Apostles.At the foot of the Cross Mary accepted John as her son. From there Mary is the Mother of all of us.In Mary we have a sure refuge for she is the sublime example of perfect consecration and Discipleship. For she listened to the Word of God , Meditated and gave to the humanity.We follow her example of giving Jesus to the World through our Eucharistic , Priestly and Liturgical Apostolate.

ST PAUL THE APOSTLE

We contemplate the wonderful work of God in the Apostle Paul, the disciple who lives and proclaims the Divine Master in the fullness of his mystery.The same love of Christ, which transformed Paul into the apostle of the gentiles, sustains us in ceaseless prayer and tireless dedication so that the Gospel may reach the ends of the earth.
