On 30th August 2025, as we celebrated the 65th anniversary of the definitive approval of our Congregation, two of our novices, Sr. Priyanka Dhanwar and Sr. Veronica Winfred, following the example of Mary our Mother—the one who, with her humble “Yes,” became the perfect model of faith, obedience, and total surrender to the Lord—professed their own “Yes” to God in their First Religious Profession.
The Holy Eucharist was presided over by Rev. Fr. Plavendran Irudayasamy, SSP, together with other concelebrating priests. In his homily, the celebrant invited the newly professed and the participants according to the vision of the founder Bl. James Alberione to remain deeply rooted in the Eucharist, draw from it inspiration and light, and to keep our hearts open to the needs of world so as to reach out and share Christ with others.
This sacred moment was witnessed by sisters from nearby communities and the families of the newly professed. After the Eucharistic celebration, a simple yet heartfelt felicitation program was held in their honour. We congratulate them on taking this significant step and pray for their holy perseverance.
