With a heart full of gratitude, I thank God for His abundant blessings and faithful guidance throughout my academic journey. I express my sincere appreciation to Sr. M. Celine D’Cunha, Provincial Superior, Sr. M Shyla, Community Superior, and all the sisters of the Province for their constant prayers, encouragement, guidance, and support. Their confidence in me and loving accompaniment strengthened me throughout my studies.
I am grateful to have completed my Master of Commerce (M.Com.) at St. Joseph University, Bangalore. This achievement marks not only the completion of an academic programme but also a significant milestone of intellectual, personal, and spiritual growth. My studies enriched my knowledge in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, and Research while fostering discipline, perseverance, and a deeper sense of responsibility.
