The Province of India rejoices and celebrates the generous Yes of the Animators, who are all set to lead the communities in the province for the term from 2021 – 2024.

Christian leadership is a process of influencing a community to use their God-given gifts toward a goal and purpose as led by the Holy Spirit. The Rule of Life, article 120 invites every local Superior, in an attitude of listening to enlighten and encourage the sisters in their difficulties and apostolic labour, to organise community life, seeking to maintain a balance between prayer, work and rest, and between apostolate and formation.

Leaders become great not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others, we pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on each of them as they begin their journey of empowering their communities. May they wisely carry out the mission of leadership entrusted to them with vision and dynamism.
