January 25, 2021 was a day of Joy and celebration for the Indian Province, the entire Congregation, the Pauline family and the Church. On the Feast of conversion of St Paul the Apostle during the Eucharistic celebration six of our sisters – Sr M. Selina Marak, Sr M. Velentina Gaurea, Sr M. Prativa Roshni Minz, Sr M. Merilina Narzary, Sr M. Athene Dai and Sr M. Shangla Zhinee Ruth made their perpetual profession to belong fully and totally to Jesus our Divine Master.
Msgr Francis the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Bangalore was the main celebrant for the day, the Pauline and Jesuit priests concelebrated on the occasion. Msgr Francis in his homily appreciating the sisters for their firm decision and daring spirit to follow Jesus Master at these challenging times encouraged them to place their hands always on the hand of Jesus Master who will never fail them.
The occasion was graced by our sisters from nearby communities, the Pauline Fathers and sisters. The community of Bangalore, Guru Yesu Bhavan extended a creative and a lively felicitation to the newly perpetually professed sisters.
We are very grateful to God for these vibrant and young women who have willingly offered themselves to serve the Lord forever in his vineyard. May St Paul our patron and father bless each one of them and obtain for them the grace to complete the race they have begun.
