It is planned to bring wholeness by integration of Body – Mind – Spirit. This awareness is given through yoga, meditation, counselling, basic approach to integral formation and self awareness. Health is regained by using alternative therapies for chronic illness, through therapeutic massage, naturopathy, Accu-pressure, water therapy, magnet therapy, and herbal medicines.Nutritional awareness and dietary will be included in all the therapeutic treatment.

COURSE ON HOLISTIC HEALTH FOR INTEGRAL FORMATION:
Fourth week of every month from Monday to Friday (For Junior Sisters, Novices, Seminarians)

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Accommodation for 10 persons only
2. Board and Lodge:    Rs. 200/- per day
3. Alternative therapy fee Rs. 350/- per day
4. Special Treatment will be charged separately.

Reserve the seat 15 days prior to the Treatment or course
1. Participants will arrive on Sunday evening by 2. P.M and leave the place on Friday by 1.00 P.M.
3. Participants have to bring along with them bed linen, torch, umbrella, cosmetic.
4. Kindly bring along the dress for Yoga.
5. We do not make any travel arrangement.
