On 22nd Dec, 2017, both teachers and students came together in an effort to spread and share in the joy of Jesus our saviour. Christmas Celebration began with a thanksgiving mass by Fr. M.J.Thomas SSP. Many of the students played various hymns and carols on the keyboard and guitar. Parents who accompanied the children also joined in the celebration. One of the student Aaron 8 years old boy was felicitated by Fr. M.J.Thomas and Sr. Amita for his achievement at international mental math Abbaccus competition. He stood as the 1st runner up among 6000 students of 75 countries.
The Pre-postulants of PDDM put up a beautiful nativity skit with the theme ‘Christmas is hope to the poor next door’ directed by Sr. Sushma the Dance teacher of DKK. The celebration ended with sharing of snacks brought by students and teachers. With many sharing their experience at the get together all left with joy and good tidings of Christmas in their hearts.
