This year the Pauline Milan was held on 1st of January at PDDM, Prathanalaya, Bandra. It was a great opportunity for the Paulines of Mumbai to come together to strengthen the family bond through prayer, fun and frolic. The programme began with an ice breaker, which helped everyone to feel comfortable in each other’s presence and know one another by name. After the high tea the Paulines proceeded to the chapel for half an hour of prayer service led by the Daughters of St Paul.
The most awaited fun time began with finding the group members according to the names of the animals which was distributed. The various games played filled the hall with noise, fun and joy. At the end of the programme, Rev. Fr. Varghess Gnalian the provincial superior of the Society of St Paul distributed the prizes to winners. The presence of Sr Arul Mary the provincial superior of the Daughters of St Paul added colour to the occasion.
Fr. Jose Paul Ssp was chosen as the outstanding Pauline of the Year for his dynamism to begin this innovative way of gathering the Paulines together through the Pauline Milan. The Pauline Milan ended with a grand meal prepared by all the three families.
