The Centenary Year of the Pauline Co-operators is a great blessing for the Community of Calicut who had the joy of receiving the first two Friends of the Divine Master into the Pauline Family. After a long period of preparation Mrs Celine P.M and Mrs Alphonsa P.K came forward to make their promise in order to walk more closely with Jesus Master as his friends. The promise was made during the Eucharist Celebration on the Feast of Jesus Master.
Fr John the Vicar General, who officiated the Eucharist, greatly appreciated the Charism and Mission of the Pious Disciples and exhorted every participant to become what we adore – namely the Eucharistic presence of Jesus Master to the people around.
After the Eucharistic celebration the Postulants presented a cultural programme during which the new members were felicitated and Sr.Regina Sebastian the provincial councilor congratulated and welcomed them into the larger Pauline Family and wished them a GREAT WALK with Jesus the Divine Master.
